It all begins with breath—a simple, powerful invitation to reconnect with your true self.
Years ago, I discovered yoga, but in many ways, it feels as if yoga found me. Through breath, movement, and stillness, this practice has transformed my life, guiding me back to inner balance and genuine calm. Today, I am honored to share the journey of yoga and meditation with others, helping each student find their own path to presence and peace. Join me as we explore a practice that nurtures strength, clarity, and self-acceptance.

Cynthia Mkutchwa
Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My intention is to guide you in finding balance, peace, and self-connection through mindful movement, deep rest, and the power of breath. Together, we create a space for grounding, growth, and genuine calm—both on and off the mat.

I teach
-

I teach Yin, and Restorative Yoga to create a space for slowing down, releasing, and reconnecting. Through gentle, supportive postures and deep rest, these practices invite you to let go, nurture from within, and experience a calm that restores both body and spirit.
