I went from living an anxious, deeply fearful, approval & guilt based life (with little & no love for myself), constantly overthinking, indecisive to truly loving myself. 

My ritual was my saving grace, in helping calm and release my overthinking mind.  To this day, this helps me focus, making me feel safe in the present moment.

What if I already have a morning routine?

This program is perfect for you! You will be able to use the information you gain from this program to enhance your current rituals, reset or reboot depending on where you are on your wellness journey.

Will I get support or this is self study? This is a combination of both self-study with support through live weekly calls for the 6 weeks and a private chat community.  

What exactly happens when i sign up? When you sign up you will get an email with details for you to access the program. 

Do I get access to the material all at once? The modules are published weekly, meaning you can only have access to that week's material and for the previous weeks. 

When does the program start? This cycle of the program starts on Monday the 6th of November, running for 6 weeks.

What if I don't have time to commit to the program, will I fall behind? You are encouraged to go at your own pace, however, the material you receive each week is light, and easy to get through without the need to spend too much time on it.

How long do I have to access the materials? You get access to the materials for the duration of the program + an extra week, however, you are able to download the materials you need.

Will this work for me If i'm new to mindfulness? Absolutely! This program is for those who are open and willing to develop a wellness ritual. You have the choice of what that looks like.
