How To Bring Yourself Back to The Present Moment

We cannot dispute the power and joys that come with living here and now;

Living in the present moment is not “a thing” that has just come or a trend. It is life. In saying that, this is not the easiest of things in our busy world.

When we are in the present moment, we are ‘putting ourselves in complete control of our own experience, we are recognising our feelings, thoughts and emotions in real time’[1] (virtualgym.com). When i'm in the present moment i'm not reactive, I allow myself to be fully aware of any situation at hand and respond appropriately. I feel empowered and not at the mercy of what is happening.


Being in the present moment leads to a better mood, you feel creative, you appreciate your world; it lessens worry and overthinking!
