Private meditation and wellness sessions offer a dedicated space to explore and deepen your practice in a way that feels personal and meaningful to you.

 

My focus includes Non SleepDeep Rest  (NSDR / Yoga Nidra), Guided Meditation, Scripture Meditation, Journaling and Guided Breathwork sessions  —styles designed to support deep nervous system calm, ease stress and anxiety.

My teaching approach is centered on creating a nurturing and supportive environment, allowing you to feel safe while fostering connection and ease in body and mind.

 

I look forward to working with you and tailoring a practice that resonates with your journey.

(Classes are conducted online & are for 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the Yoga style)
