Welcome to Ignite and Flow. By using our website, booking classes or events, enrolling in memberships, or accessing our content, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our website, digital memberships, live and on-demand sessions, and any related services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all users of Ignite and Flow services. By participating in any class, event, membership, or digital experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our services.

  • Minors may only participate under direct parental or guardian consent.

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Services Provided

Ignite and Flow provides live yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, events, and digital memberships including:

​

  • The Calm Collective (monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships)

  • Blooming Lotus (quarterly and annual memberships, available independently)

  • Classes, events, retreats, and on-demand digital content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we are not liable for disruptions outside our control.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

All practices, classes, and programs offered by Ignite and Flow are for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and well enough to participate.

  • If you have health concerns, you will consult a healthcare professional before beginning.

  • You will listen to your body and practice at your own pace.

  • Ignite and Flow and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, adverse outcomes, or decisions you make based on our content.

Memberships

Calm Collective Membership

  • Monthly: Billed monthly. No refunds. Cancel anytime through your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Quarterly & Annual: Billed upfront. Includes a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel for a full refund. After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable, though you may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Blooming Lotus Membership (Independent Purchase)

  • Available as quarterly or annual.

  • Same 7-day cooling-off period applies. After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.

​

General Membership Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only.

  • All management (cancellations, updates, renewals) must be done through your account dashboard.

  • Access to membership content ends at the conclusion of your billing period if you cancel.

​

Classes, Events, and Retreats

  • Live Classes: Refunds available if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations or non-attendance.

  • Workshops & Events: Refunds available up to 7 days before the start date, and 14 days for Retreats. After this, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior approval.

  • Digital/On-Demand Content: Non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

​

Intellectual Property

All Ignite and Flow content (videos, audio, images, text, and digital materials) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Ignite and Flow.

​

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, or modify content.

  • Use content for commercial purposes without express permission.

​

User Conduct

While engaging in our services, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.

  • Avoid disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Use services only for their intended purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access (without refund) if these Terms are breached.

​

Limitation of Liability

Ignite and Flow services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim liability for:

​

  • Injuries, damages, or losses from participation in our offerings.

  • Technical issues or service interruptions.

  • Your use or misuse of our content or services.

Your participation is at your own risk.

Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

Cancellations by Ignite and Flow

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events, or services at our discretion. In such cases, affected customers will be offered rescheduling options or refunds where applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
