Guided by the rhythm of your breath, you'll practice intentional breathing patterns that activate the body's natural relaxation response, enhance mental clarity, and restore balance to your mind and body. Breathwork is an incredibly effective tool for releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with your body. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, increase vitality, or simply find a moment of stillness, this class provides a safe and supportive space to breathe, reset, and recharge. What Makes this Class Great: ✨ A simple yet powerful practice for reducing stress and anxiety ✨ Helps to increase energy, mental clarity, and focus ✨ Releases stored tension and emotional blockages ✨ Cultivates a deeper connection with the breath and the body What to Bring: ⇨ Comfortable clothing ⇨ A yoga mat, cushion, block or blanket to sit on ⇨ A quiet space where you can relax and focus Additional Notes: → This class is open to all levels and no previous experience is needed. → You may experience deep emotional release during some breathwork techniques—just breathe and let go. → Breathwork can be highly energising, so it's recommended not to practice this session right before bed if you're sensitive to stimulation.

Cancellation & Booking Policy We aim to create a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone who books a session. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below: ⇨ Canceling Your Booking: Life happens, and plans can change. You can cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before the session starts with no penalties. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the booking will be non-refundable. ⇨ Rescheduling Made Easy: If you need to reschedule, you can do so online up to 24 hours before the session start time. This flexibility ensures you can still enjoy your session when the timing feels right. Booking Timeframes: → Sessions can be booked as early as 1 week before the start time. → The latest you can book a session is 24 hours before it begins. → If You Can't Make It: In case of a no-show without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the session will be considered used and cannot be refunded. A Few More Notes All bookings, cancellations, and reschedules are handled through the online booking system to keep things simple and organized for everyone.
