The Meditation Room

The Meditation Room is your space to pause, breathe, and reset. Offered three times a week, these free or by donation sessions invite you to step away from the noise and reconnect with stillness.

 

Each 20–30 minute class is a guided meditation designed to bring ease, clarity, and calm into your day. While most sessions center on meditation, you may also experience the deep rest of Yoga Nidra or gentle, meditative movement.

 

Whether you're new to the practice or looking for a supportive space to deepen your journey, The Meditation Room is here to help you find your center—one breath at a time.
