Unlike a typical meditation, Yoga Nidra allows you to experience a state of conscious relaxation, where you remain fully aware while your body rests deeply. This practice is ideal for those looking to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and find mental clarity. It’s an incredibly restorative practice that can help you feel refreshed, balanced, and at peace. Cancellation & Booking Policy We aim to create a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone who books a session. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below: ⇨ Canceling Your Booking: Life happens, and plans can change. You can cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before the session starts with no penalties. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the booking will be non-refundable. ⇨ Rescheduling Made Easy: If you need to reschedule, you can do so online up to 24 hours before the session start time. This flexibility ensures you can still enjoy your session when the timing feels right. Booking Timeframes: → Sessions can be booked as early as 1 week before the start time. → The latest you can book a session is 24 hours before it begins. → If You Can't Make It: In case of a no-show without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the session will be considered used and cannot be refunded. A Few More Notes All bookings, cancellations, and reschedules are handled through the online booking system to keep things simple and organized for everyone.
